Founded by two friends, David Rivera and Taua Niko, in the fall of 2022 in Arcata, CA, 707Cuisines was born out of a shared passion for food and a love of cultural diversity. With over 15 years of cooking experience, our Head Chef, Taua, has honed his culinary skills to bring together the bold spices of Mexican and Pakistan cuisine with the warm and comforting flavors of Puerto Rican cooking, and the rich and savory dishes of Samoan cuisine.
